"Safe and no ads"
I’ve used it for a while and it feels safe, which is what I care about most. Also, no annoying ads popping up, so that’s a big plus. It’s simple, works fine, and yeah, overall I’m happy with it.

"Progress tracker is really helpful"
I really, really like how easy it is to check what my kid has already finished and what still needs a little more work. The progress tracker takes away a lot of the guessing for me, which is such a relief.
Some lessons do come up again, again, but I actually don’t mind because the practice helps. It’s nice to open it up and quickly know exactly where we left off

"Math is finally not such a battle"
My son used to get so frustrated anytime math homework came out but ABCmouse has helped more than I expected. The counting games and simple addition stuff actually keep his attention and he gets excited about the little rewards. I wouldn’t say he suddenly loves math now but he complains a lot less and he’s definitely quicker with numbers.

"My kid can use it on his own"
I wasn’t sure how much help he’d need at first, but after watching him use it a couple of times, he pretty much figured it out himself. Now he can sit down and learn on his own without me having to guide every step.
"Works well for what my kid needs"
I only really pay attention to whether the app opens quickly and keeps my kid from getting frustrated, and so far it’s been good. It loads fast and it barely ever freezes anymore.

"My 5-year-old actually asks to use..."
My 5-year-old actually asks to use ABCmouse, which surprised me. She likes the games and the little rewards, and it does keep her focused longer than most apps I’ve tried.
That said, I did feel a bit misled because I expected it to be more straightforward and less repetitive. She still needs help finding things sometimes, but overall it’s been useful for keeping her engaged without me having to constantly push her.

"Decent personalized lessons, but I’m still a little cautious"
I’m always a bit worried with apps like this that I’m getting fooled by the whole “personalized learning” promise, but this one does seem to adjust to my kid well most of the time. Some of the activities still feel kind of random, though, like they don’t totally match what my kid needs. Overall it’s not bad, and I do see some value in it, but I’m not fully convinced yet...

"It work on all our devices"
I been using ABCmouse on my laptop, iPad, and even my phone, and it all works good. My kid just open it up and keep going from where she left off, so I don’t have to be messing with settings every time. It was really handy in the car and also when we’re just at home. Haven’t had any big problems with it so far.

"It’s easy to use, honestly..."
It’s easy to use, honestly. My kid can find what they’re looking for without asking me every five minutes, which is more than I can say for some apps that almost feel like they’re made to confuse people.

"Good for little ones"
ABCmouse feels like good fit for my kid’s age. It’s not too hard, but it doesn’t feel too babyish either. He can follow most of the activities on his own without me having to sit there whole time.

"Pretty good for phonics practice"
My kid actually likes the letter sound games and the little short books, which has been nice. It’s helped with reading a bit, tho some sections do repeat a lot... still, overall it’s been useful

"Lots for my kid to explore, but some things could be clearer"
I’ve actually been happy with how much ABCmouse gives my son to do. He can jump from reading to math, then over to science or art, and when he’s over that, he’ll switch to songs or puzzles. I like that it doesn’t feel like he’s doing the same boring activity on repeat, which keeps him interested longer than I expected.
That said, I do get annoyed sometimes because not everything is explained as clearly as it should be. I’ve had a few moments where I wasn’t totally sure what a lesson was trying to do or where we were supposed to go next. Still, there’s always something new for him to click around on, and for the price, I think the amount of lessons and subjects is solid
"Pretty good for science and social studies"
I’ve been using it for science and social studies stuff and it’s good. It has useful material, but I do feel like they could add a bit more content tho.

"Pricing was straightforward"
I checked the pricing before signing up and it matched what I was charged. No weird fees showed up on the bill, so that was good. That’s about it.

"I don’t have a ton of..."
I don’t have a ton of patience for apps that take forever to figure out, but this one was easy to use. The games are actually fun enough that my kid stays interested for a while, which is a win. A few activities do feel a little repetitive, but overall it keeps them busy and they’re learning something at the same time...

"My kid really is picking stuff up"
We started using ABCmouse a few months back, and I can't say I haven't noticed a difference. My son is reading more words on his own now, and he’ll even try sounding things out when we’re not using the app.
I like that it’s not too hard for him, so he doesn’t just give up. Some days he only wants to play the games, but it’s not like he isn’t learning while he’s at it. We’ve been happy with it so far.

"There’s so much for my kid to..."
There’s so much for my kid to choose from every day. We always find something fun, and it keeps them busy wich is a big win for me
"Billing was a little frustrating, but they fixed it"
To be fair, ABCmouse wasn’t bad overall — my kid did enjoy parts of it. The annoying part was the billing. I thought I had cancelled, but I still ended up getting charged, so I had to reach out to support. The refund took a few days and I did have to follow up once, but they eventually gave the money back. Not a terrible experience, just wish the cancellation and billing process were clearer.

"The parent controls are genuinely useful"
I’ve actually been really happy with the parent controls. Being able to set limits and check my kid’s progress makes me feel a lot more comfortable letting them use it on their own. It’s simple, but it really helps.

"Pretty easy to use, with a few small annoyances"
Overall, I’ve found ABCmouse easy to navigate. My kid can usually pick lessons and games without asking me for help every two minutes, which is a relief. The buttons are clear and the sections mostly make sense, so moving between subjects doesn’t feel too confusing. That said, there are a few spots where it can feel a little busy or take an extra click to get where we want, but compared to a lot of kids’ learning sites, it’s still painless to use.
